10 am - 5 p.m.

The 16th annual Berea Arts Fest!

A one day, invitational, multi-arts festival held in historic downtown Berea to encourage involvement in the arts by providing a creative environment for people of all ages. Eighty professional fine artists and artisans will display their works for sale. There will be demonstrating artists, sidewalk artists, art-in-the-making and an art raffle offering chances to win art donated by participating artists.

Musical performances will take place at the Coe Lake Gazebo. This year's performances will continue to offer quality and diversity and will reflect an emphasis on local talent and interaction with the audience. All of these performers provide opportunities for audience participation and family interaction.

The Festival Committee is especially proud to encourage and support the creativity of people with disabilities and students of all ages with the Special Exhibits features.

A unique component of the festival is the Family Art Park. This area was created to offer hands on arts experience for the entire family. "Expect the Unexpected" and create your own collage boxes, fans, book marks, puppets, and kaleidoscopes. Children especially enjoy easel painting and face painting.

The Berea Arts Fest is pleased to present the ArtCrew from The Cleveland Museum of Art as performers again this year. These costumed characters are educational and are representative of the Museum's outstanding collection.
